Cancellation of work permit procedure must be conducted by the employers (foreign employees cannot do it by themselves in the ministry system.)
*Employer must log in through the e-government system for which the work permit application is made.
* The cancellation petition should be uploaded to the ministry system. (The request for cancellation of the petition signed by the employer or his representative)
Note: The ending date of employment and the reason must be specified in the petition. The file type must be in PDF format.
Work permit cancellation can be seen in the system within 10 days (this period is changeable due to the workload density of the ministry)
After the work permit is canceled or expired, foreigners have 10 more legal days to go abroad or to apply for a residence permit. ( There should be a reasonable purpose to stay in Turkey)

General Process For Getting Residence Permit:
Making a preliminary examination for the residence permit application determination of the application eligibility.
Determining the interview date: We compare the immigration office system with the applicant’s schedule to determine the convenient date.
Eligibility checking of the application documents: the list of the required documents will be shared with the applicants, We will provide support at every step of the process.
Making the application at the immigration office: Our team will meet the applicant at the immigration office. ( If applicants give us POA, our lawyer is going to accompany them.)
Government fees will be paid by us and the application file will be prepared.
Follow-up of the application process: Immigration Officers are going to evaluate and conclude the application file in a certain period. Our team will access the immigration system to check the status of the application.
If needed, our authorized lawyer will submit the additional application documents to the immigration office within a determined period.
Obtaining the resindent permit card: The card is sent to the applicant’s registered address, ( As a rule, the applicant or authorized person can get it from the relevant institute.)
The following documents must be submitted with the other application documents during the interview:
**Work permit cancellation result letter, (if cancellation is not seen in the system during the interview, the immigration officer will give an additional 30 days.)
**Address registration document; Applicant must register his/her own address in the civil registration system. (If applicants give us POA, our lawyer may complete this procedure without the applicant.)
** SSI (Social security institution) leaving of employment document: Must be requested from the company work for.
** Private health insurance policy ( it must cover the requested residence permit period)
