1-Donate to the Development Fund:
- $100,000 for a single application,
- $150,000 for applicant and spouse,
- $175,000 for the applicant and up to 3 dependents,
Note: In addion, $25,000 for each family member under the age of 18 and $50,000 for each family member over 18 (sibling/parent) will be requested. All payment must be made by bank transfer
Fees:
- Transaction fees for each applicant $1.000
- For applicant’s spouse $ 4.000
- For each family members above 16 years old $ 4.000
- Citizenship certificate fee ( for each applicant) $ 250
- Expedited passport supply fee ( for each applicant) $ 1200
2- Real Estate Acquisition :
Acquisition of a minimum of $200,000 of real estate in designated areas by the government
The property to be acquired will not be sold for 3 years ( if it is to be used fort he purpose of someone else’s citizenship application, at least 5 years must pass)
Expenses:
- For each application $ 25.000
- $35,000 for the applicant and up to 3 dependents
- $50,000 for the applicant and up to 5 dependents
- Additional $ 25.000 for each family members will be required
Fees:
- Transaction fees for each applicant $1.000
- $ 7500 for applicant and $ 4.000 for applicant’s spouse
- For each family members above 16 years old $ 4.000
- Citizenship certificate fee ( for each applicant) $ 250
- Expedited passport supply fee ( for each applicant) $ 1200
The whole process is completed in 120-180 days
Things to know:
- All processes related to citizenship application are carried out by institutions determined by the Government
- It is possible for the applicant to be called for an interview (not required in all applications
- Submitting incorrect or incomplete information negatively affects the citizenship application
- It is not compulsory for the applicant to visit the country in the acquisition of property. (Property can be acquired through the catalog.)
